PAG Windows — formerly Portland Aluminium & Glass
A family-owned local business, proudly Australian-made, engineered to handle salt spray and coastal winds — now servicing a wider stretch of coastline than ever before.
Australian Made
Family Owned & Operated
Tested & Certified
Coastal-Engineered
PAG Windows is a family-owned and operated window and door business serving Port Fairy and Warrnambool — and now the wider Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula region. We know this coastline because we live and work on it: our products are specifically built to withstand salt spray and high coastal winds, not just Victorian weather in general.

Same local team, same quality, new name. If you know us as Portland Aluminium & Glass, you’re in the right place.

Australian Made
Vantage, Elevate, ThermalHEART & ComfortEDGE — designed and manufactured right here in Australia.
Tested & Certified
Rigorously tested and certified to meet and exceed Australian Standards.
Coastal-Engineered
Built to withstand salt spray and high coastal winds specific to this region.
Family Owned
A genuine local, family-run business — not a call centre for a national supplier.
Long-standing local coverage across Port Fairy and Warrnambool — now expanding into Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula.
Our original home base — decades of local knowledge.
Full range of windows, doors and screens.
Now servicing Geelong and surrounding suburbs.
Torquay, Anglesea, Lorne and along the coast.
Ocean Grove, Queenscliff, Portarlington and nearby.
Give us a call — if you’re anywhere along this coastline, chances are we can help.

And this is just the entrance …
A little taste of what unfolds throughout the rest of this remarkable project.
An incredible collaboration with our friends at Keystone Construction, where detail, precision and craftsmanship from all of us mattered at every turn.
We’re delighted for our lovely clients to see the vision come together, with an entrance every bit as impressive as the house beyond it.
What an entrance. What a home.

There are days to lift 900kg of glass… and then there are days! ☀️
No wind. Sun shining. Blue skies.
Not one, but three of these beauties going into place with the help of @agg.com.au

Just one of many rooms, with four very considered selections.
This beautiful coastal project is all about the glass, bringing in natural light and making the most of its surroundings.
Yet with more glass comes a greater need for performance. Here, four different window and door systems use PAG thermally broken frames teamed with high-performance Low-E double glazing.
It’s a challenge we deal with every day on architecturally designed coastal homes, balancing expansive glass with energy compliance, wind loading and performance.
Lots of glass means lots of light and the right product doing the hard work!
